Issues Work
Take Action.
Committing yourself to a cause you feel passionately about can be especially powerful during an election year. The organizations listed in our directory are not only working on some of the most pressing issues facing our communities, country and world, but they will specifically be mobilizing around the election. That can mean getting out the vote, canvassing for candidates in line with their mission and educating the public on certain topics.

We reached out to dozens of organizations to find out what kinds of opportunities are available for gap year and college-aged students. Those who we know have opportunities are listed up top, subcategorized by their central issue (recognizing that they may work in other areas as well).
